My Isa server seem not to be able to receive the 10 ip adress from my DHCP server. I read the folowing article from Tom, "Using DHCP with ISA/VPN Server Clients". I make all those config, and I think my problem is that my ISA/VPN server is not able to receive IP from the DHCP. But that DHCP is working fine. If I enable RRAS on the same machine that the DHCP I see the list of reserved IP adress. But when I do this on the ISA server, no reservation apear. I realy need to pass all info to my VPN client connection.

Did someone know how to correct this issue?

Thank in Advance

Yes now I have install a Isa Server between my Lan and the internet.

Before I have no ISA Server, Just my server and a Rooter LinkSys and a port forwarding for VPN.
Now I have installe a Win2003 server with Isa Server 2000.

Tonight I found out this : If I put the domain.local in the dns suffix, I am able to connect ressource behind my VPN. So it confirm that I realy need to have the internal DHCP setting be forward to my vpn client. But it doesnt work and I dont know Why.

If you need more info let me know!

Hi QZ,

Is your VPN client able to connect to the ISA firewall/VPN server computer? Does the VPN connection get established?

Thanks!
Tom

Yes, but they receive a Ip adress in the APIPA range.

If I set up an Static IP, the VPN client only receive IP and Mask. They dont receive DNS suffix and others settings.

But yes I am able to connect to ISA/VPN server in PPTP.
