Hello,

I recently set up an ISA server and thought that this would be a good time to run through the IIS 5.0 Checklist. In it there is a reference to turn off "Parent Paths". However, I learned (The hard way of course) that if you do this then Outlook Web Access stops functioning. Looking at the error message, imagine my surprise when I saw that Outlook Web Access is using a "Parent Path" call. Turn this back on and OWA works just fine through ISA. Seeing the number of references to OWA error posts, I thought this may be of some help.
