kalak -> Publish a Wolfenstein Server (5.Dec.2001 4:21:00 AM)

Damn damn damn.

I have tried to publish my server behind MS ISA Server, but without any luck.

I had it working, but when I reinstalled my server I have forgotten, what I did to make it work.

I have following port:

TCP 27960 Outbound
TCP 27960 Inbound
UDP 27960 send/receive
UDP 27950 send/receive
UDP 27952 send/receive

Then I have the server published.

But it doesn't work for me this time :-(

Anyone have a tutorial, that might help me ?

Thanks

I dont have any idea how to do this. I would have to sit down, break out the packet sniffer and look at what its doing and then fabricate a publish rule based on what I find. This probably wouldn't be the quick and easy find.

Thanks !

If I make it working, I'll post what I did, so I can help my self again, if I reinstall my ISA srever again :-)

man, that's too bad.. my openbsd firewall works just fine... wonder what the problem could be?

Here we go again. Well it is working now - WITHOUT any openbsd.
You guys are always better than any MS product in any way - or you think you are.

Hey can you post your solution? Is the RTCW server behind the ISA firewall using SecureNAT? I've got that situation here and I'm having problems setting it up.

Thanks.
