I wanted to share my experience with ISA and file sharing programs like WinMx, and Morpheous.

Step 1. Create a protocol rule to allow all IP traffic out.
Step 2. Install the firewall client (Default configuration) on the computer that your running the file sharing software on.
Depending on what else you use the machine for VPN, etc. you may have to disable the Firewall client to use these apps.

If you want to allow Uses to upload files from your PC using a file sharing program.
Step 1. Record the IP address of the client machine.
Step 2. Examine the programs help file to see what inbound ports need to be open for file sharing to work.
Step 3. Create custom protocol definitions using the information you gathered from the help file. You should try to create only on Protocol definition.
Step 4. Use the server publishing wizard to map the new protocol definition you created to your client computer.

Good Luck.
