does anyone know how to allow users to access Kazaa from behind ISA???? Please help!

2 steps :

- Create a protocol definition for port 1214, TCP and outbound connections.
- In protocol rules, grant access to the protocol definition you just created. That's it.

I do, NAV good enough.
But it has never found anything in Kazaa files, so ... np [Big Grin]

What kind of client will work? SecureNAT certainly is not working here.

Update: I just tested it with a Firewall Client and it works. So people, when you encounter trouble with Kazaa, the client needs to be a Firewall Client. Happy downloading [Wink]

That's incorrect, the client needs to be a secureNAT client. One thing, however, that has been inconsistent is weather or not you need to create a CAS for the workstation/network/address pool you are allowing to communicate on kazaa's port. i.e. create a protocol rule allowing kazaa on port 1214 and apply the CAS (client address set).

I'm sure this is a dead issue, but thought it was right to respond.
