Inbound Netmeeting - 13.Jun.2002 4:33:00 PM

We are having problems enabling an external netmeeting client through ISA server to an internal pc. We have configured ISA server exactly as the documentation in the Learning Zone. The internal client can log onto the gatekeeper and shows as an active terminal. However it looks like the external client isn't passing through the firewall, it never shows as a active call, running netstat port 1720 isn't even open. Any help would be appreciated. We have a 512k leased line and all ports are open on the Cisco router.

Hi Steven,

Check out my "advantures with the gatekeeper" article and see if this is related to your issues.

Hi Tom,

I have a protocol rule set to allow all users h.323 access. It seems as if the call isn't allowed through the firewall, a call of any type never appears in the active calls
