When you need to publish multiple internal Terminal Servers you have to use either unstandard port numbers, or multiple IP's on the ISA external interface or a combination of both. At least you can say this is a little bit cumbersome. I would more then welcome some sort of 'Secure RDP Gateway' to solve that problem.
BTW --- it could not be that difficult to develop such a beast and incorporate it in ISA. Check out http://www.citrix.com/products/csg.asp how Citrix has solved that problem in a secure way!
