I could really use SIP publishing support right about now! (Nat Traversal etc.)

What about a SIP filter?

VOIP is gaining momentum and not having SIP support is going to be a serious issue.

I have done a couple of VOIP implementations in networks with ISA to ISA persisent VPN connections. I had beg additional public IP Addresses from the ISPs and directly connect the VOIP cards on the Televantage phone systems on the ISP's network. Intel Dialogic cards are not a huge hack risk, but I would feel a lot better if they were behind a firewall...

Unfortunately there is no built-in support for SIP in the initial release of ISA Server 2004. Micrsoft is looking into this, but I cannot comment on if and when this will happen yet.
