I'd like ISA (and really, all MS products) to be able to track the changes I make to it with the ability for me to document why I made the changes.

Links to the actual change records would be good too (e.g. if I make a new client address set, clicking a link in the change log would take me to that client address set definition.

Then be able to do a roll back or "undo" kind of like in Office, where you can undo multiple sequential steps. This way it would be easier to roll back changes that didn't work.
