I would like to have the ability to have an allow rule with multiple exceptions. Currenlty if a crate an allow rule I can only have one destination set exception I would like to have the ability to have multiple exceptions

Check out the ISA Server 2004 beta on www.microsoft.com/isaserver. ISA Server 2004 supports any number of exception policy elements in a rule.
