I recently installed ISA 2004 Standard /w ISA SP1 on Windows 2003 /w SP1.
After the install I rebooted the server and when I got back into windows I tried to go to microsoft.com. It loaded very slowly with only the top part of the page coming up. So then I did a ping to google.com and here is what it looks like.

I setup the server as a Single Network Card Configuration just to be used as for Proxy and Cache as we already have a Cisco Router and PIX firewall.
We are setup on a VPN between several different locations.
The server is located in the range of 192.168.2.xxx
We have different locations with 192.168.1.xxx 192.168.3.xxx 192.168.4.xxx 192.168.5.xxx
I setup the server with a static IP and our internal DNS/WINS servers.
I tried changing to the external DNS and that made no difference. Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks.
It doesnĘt matter who I ping it does the same thing. If I ping any site from any other PC on this network its fine, we have about 50 clients on a 192k symmetric DSL line, itĘs a full Cisco network. I am not sure what other info you need, let me know. Thanks
Today I uninstalled ISA, however the server was still doing the same exact thing, so earlier this morning I reinstalled windows from scratch and it was fine, so I went ahead and installed ISA again and itĘs back happening again. Anyone know why ISA is causing this?
