I have my VPN setup and working. What I'd like to do next is turn the connection around and be able to access my DMZ and route back out to the internet. Is this possible, and if so could you point me in the right direction to getting it setup?

You have to "publish" or actually "pseudopublish" the servers on your DMZ via packet filters. When you configure a packet filter, you'll see the option to apply it to a server on a perimeter network.

Create packet filters for those protocols that you want to access the DMZ.
