We have purchased some Polycom video Confrencing units that have been directly hooked-up to an external IP address at some remote offices (not going through ISA 2004 at all).

However, we have some Polycom units and Logitech cameras that are personal desktop brands for users within our network (Using ISA for FW and Proxy).

If I want to make outbound calls from behind ISA to these external IP Cameras, how do I enable H.323 on my ISA, and what specific Access rules do I setup?

Any examples would be great!

First, you need to create an all out Access rule in your lab environment and test the cameras to see if they work. If they do, then consult the camera/appliance documentation as to what protocol:port is needed for the outbound access. Then disable the All Out Access rule and configure these portocols:ports. See if this works. If it does, replicate the settings to your production server. Done!
