I am new to isa svr 2004 and am having problems connecting pc's to the 2003 win svr that host isa. I belive isa 2004 is somehow blocking me from connecting to the 2003 win dhcp svr. Is this a possible cause and how could i resolve it?

Thats right if the ISA Server is DC & DHCP as u said. do the follwoing:
