Good Morning,

We have had ISA Server running here for about 2 months and are happy with its performance. However we have an issue.

One of the clients we support require us to use the Cisco client into their LAN. Using the client, we are able to establish a VPN connection to their network. However when we attempt to RDP into the server, we are unable to do so. Error message along the lines of "Unable to establish connection"

If I attempt to dial in from home or via a telephone line all works well.

The only thing I can think of is creating a rule through ISA, however I don't know where to start...

Any ideas?

Regards,

Gerald

I presume TCP/IP....

Weird thins is all other clients who we connect to the native Microsoft VPN connection, work O.K., we can RDP to their servers. One is using a Sonic Firewall

It is only this one with the Cisco firewall....

Cheers,

Gerald

Thanks!

Hi Gerald,

L2TP/IPSec?

IPSec NAT-T?

Some Cisco proprietary non-RFC compliant stuff?

Thanks!
Tom
