TMG 2009 has a SIP filter, although it doesn't work with LCS/OCS, which is kinda odd!

If it's using SIP, it's unlikely that it going to work from behind a NAT without a SIP filter.

The reason why it doesn't work with LCS is because OCS uses TLS.
