I am having trouble using the Cisco VPN client V 4.0.4 from behind ISA 2000. I created protocal definitions for UDP on ports 500, 4500, 10000 & 20000 and an Access Policy to allow per MS article 812076 and the client still cannot reach the host server.  Any suggestions will be tried and appreciated. THANK YOU

Hi Cynthia,

check out http://www.isaserver.org/articles/IPSec_Passthrough.html and make sure the Cisco admin know his job!
