I have a question, actually i want to publish webserver, but i have and sql with a large repots to do, after some considerably time the isa send a page with this message
Technical Information (for support personnel)
    Error Code 1460: timeout
Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access, a DNS server, or another gateway server. This might indicate that the network is congested or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties.

is there a way to expand the time of response of isa?
because the reports some of them are large and requires more than 5 minutes

Hi Lamp,

You can customize the time out settings on the Web proxy listener configuration.

I have ISA 2004 EE with SP3.

Have 4 arrays with Enterprise policy.

The timeout settings is 120 seconds in all the arrays.

The URL is not working via 3 arrays.
But working via the 4th array with the same timeout settings.

DNS name resolution is same from all arrays.
Destination is reached in a latency of 64ms.
ISA cache has been flushed in all the arrays including the working one to reconfirm its not because of cache.

Kindly advice on any other option that i have to look in to.

Thanks in advance
