Status: offline 		The Cache exlusion 'helps' with www.mix999.com but does not seem to help with delta.com. The errors recieved on each are differnt.... It appears to be an issue within the Web Proxy Filter that the Delta Error is coming up (I may be off base on this statement). I suggest you contact PSS to file a ticket. If it proves to be a bug in SP2 I would think they would not charge for support on it.. You may want to verify that prior to opening though.

We installed the SP2 and now receive this same error for at least two sites, delta.com and neucoinc.com when users attempt to use them. I have been reading through the posts here and we have just implemented the cache-disable from above. Will post results when we continue testing.
 
Any other advice would be appreciated.

Status: offline 		We have just found that using http://www.delta.com/home/index.jsp instead of www.delta.com seems to work as a workaround while we wait on MS to issue a fix.

Status: offline 		Unfortunately, though the delta workaround gets you in to the home page, you still get the error when you try to search for flights...

Hi Chuck,
There have been some reports of issues with the new compression filter introduced in SP2. Try disabling this filter – in ISA mmc – under Configuration -> Add-ins -> Compression filter. Do this on all machines in the array. Then restart the ISA server control service on each machine in turn.

Status: offline 		Glad to see I'm not going crazy.  I ran across the same 502 proxy error this afternoon.  Had the owner of a company who ran up against this breathing down my back this afternoon.  I also discovered the workaround by googling for Delta and then clicking the longer Delta home page URL.  However I had left the office shortly after that so I wonder if this owner tried booking a flight.  Sure I'm going to get the 20 questions treatment next week if he did.

Status: offline 		This is the one I get - proxy related when visiting http://www.trillian.cc/downloads/browse.php?n=10&c=&s=l&x=21&y=8&t=s: and clicking any of the download links.  I installed ISA 2004 SP2 on Tuesday 14th Feb.  First incidence of the problem.

Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The HTTP request includes a non-supported header. Contact your ISA Server administrator. (12156) IP Address: 66.216.70.167
Date: 19/02/2006 10:44:18
Server: *******
Source: proxy

Have tried disabling the compression filter as suggested to no effect - I think that is related to the similar web filter error rather than this proxy error.

Status: offline 		Have you found a work around to facilitate access to Delta.com?  My users are screaming but I am reluctant to roll back the service pack if there is a simple work around - I just haven't found one yet.

Status: offline 		That just gets you the home page.  The unsupported header error occurs when you try to log in or search for a flight.  None of the other fixes pustulated work either (like disabling the compression filter).  It looks like I have to roll back the service pack.

Status: offline 		Well I rolled backed SP2, and everything is back to normal, you have to remove SP2 in add&remove, you need to tick the box that says "show updates". then you will see SP2, Good luck everybody
