We are publishing Track-IT! (web-based ticket management software) via one of our ISA 2004 EE SP1 boxs.
Occasionally, users who try to access the system over the Internet recieve this error:
Error code 500 - Internal Server Error - 1073479663 (-1073479663).
This happens across client opreating systems and different browsers. Internal users never encounter this error. Searching for the -1073479663 error code leads to nothing on Google or these forums. Anyone have any ideas? We publish many other production web servers this way without the same problem, it only occurs when external clients try to access the TrackIt app.
You convert -1073479663 from Decimal to Hex and you are left with FFFFFFFFC0040011 (you have to convert the 'negative' number)
Using the MSFT utility ERR.EXE, we get this...
C:\>err C0040011 # for hex 0xc0040011 / decimal -1073479663 IO_ERR_VERSION ntiologc.h # as an HRESULT: Severity: FAILURE (1), FACILITY_ITF (0x4), Code 0x11 # for hex 0x11 / decimal 17 ERROR_NOT_SAME_DEVICE winerror.h # The system cannot move the file to a different disk drive. # 2 matches found for "C0040011"
Not very helpful unfortunately. Are you certain that ISA is returning this error message? Can you review the ISA 2004 Web Proxy logs and look for Status Code Equals 500 to see how many times you get this error?
It'd be interesting to get a screen shot of this error to see if it's from ISA or from the web server.
