Status: offline 		There were instructions a few weeks ago in another post to contact Microsoft about this problem, which I did (they were very interested). They had me run some data collection routines to let them replicate my system. A week or so later Alan Wood contacted me with a 'beta' hotfix which I installed, and it fixed the problem with no side effects. Last week he sent me the 'official' patch which I also installed with no issues. This seems to do the trick.

Status: offline 		The saga continues.......I got the Patch from Microsoft PSS requesting KB 915045

I got sent Msi, but upon installation its says its the incorrect version. Looking through my event viewer I can confirm that SP2
of ISA was correctly installed. I guess that M/soft have sent me the incorrect patch. After a weeks worth of e-mails to M/soft I'm awaiting a reply.

The file sent was ISA2004EE-KB915045-x86_ENU.MSP

HELP !

I believe this version is for the Enterprise Edition. I won't install on Standard Edition. The one for Std Ed is named ISA2004SE-KB915045-x86-ENU.msp. Should'nt be a problem getting the right one out of MS. I made a call to Premier Support last friday and within 15 minutes I had the Hotfix installed on one of my systems.
