Hi,

Do I need to install the DHCP Relay Agent on the ISA 2004 server that is also a DHCP server ?
By the way it just cannot get the scope options from this ISA/DHCP server whether the DHCP Relay agent installed or not, does anyone know why?

I believe you only need the DHCP Relay Agent if you want to relay DHCP options to VPN clients.

Yes, it can, but you have to be running at least ISA Server 2004 SP1. SP1 fixes a bug that prevents DHCP options from working when the DHCP server service is running on the same server as the ISA firewall.
