very big prob, plz plz plz solve it if any one can,...

hi to all, seniors, this is my first post in this site, but i m regular, user of this site, and get help in all ways about isa server, i m using isa server 2004 , with out sp, on windows 2003 sp1, i have also installed sp1 of isa, i used it about 6 months before with help of this site, and isa was working fine, i make firwall clients, prob is this, when i used  isa 2004 about 6 months before, htne it was fine, and now i installed, again, i left using managing isa, but now i istalled same version, and applied same rules, prob is this, if i allow particular things for firwall cliennts, i mean yahoo and msn, then they work fine, but when the server restarts, then clients can not connect msn and yahoo thourgh without proxy, they easily connnect on sock4, but when i allow all to all rule, then all clients start connecting through firewall without proxy, now after doing all to all for 5 mins onlye, then if one client connect to msn from firewall, then if i disable this rule and allow particalr things then it will work fine , unless my server restarts, and after restart i again have to allow, all rule, for 5 mins, wht is this prob, plz helpl me out, i will be really thankfull to u, i have allowed dns internal to local also but same prob occurs, i don't know wht is the protocol which neend to start firstly for firwall, plz help me out, im in so much tension. thxn a lot

So what version is it?  With or without ISA SP?

thx a lot sir, thx a lot, for answering me, sir i said, that i tried both, sp1 and without sp1 but same prob is occuring before 6 month i used isa with out sp and at that time, everything is going fine, but now i don't know why i have to first allow all to all , then every firwall aaplication begins to start. plz help me out

You still did not answer!

ISA on W2K3SP1 MUST have ISA SP1 as a minimum installed to work.  It is not optional.

sir, i m using isa 2k4 with sp1, plz tell me why this prob is running on it, when i firstly, allow all to all ,m then i don't know which protocol starts, and then if i allow only specified things then everything work fine,
