hi to all seniors, i m using isa server 2k4 and i want, one of my client to direct access to the internet, with out, any firewall, without isa , i wannt only one clinet directly connect to the internet, which is connected to my isa server, plz help me out, thx a lot
thx a lot sir for ur reply, but sir i have downlink on my one server, i just want to allow all things , to another pc, just like connected to the net directly, as we do ics , just ics, how can i allow net from isa to any pc without firewalll client, plz help me out, thx a lot

in this way , this user will be out from the internal LAN.
i just dont understand why you dont want this user to go through ISA , is there a specific reason ?? why not just give him all protocols for this specific user , in this way he will be granted everything ISA understands ( protocols ) and in the same way he will benefit from ur DSL connection ( if you dont want to use a modem ) and will be able to access other internal resources ( if u use a symantec antivirus to update clients and WSUS to updates your users)
if you dont want this way , you r left with what Tom and LLI suggested.
1. give the client pc a static ip.. 2. create a unrestricted access rule 3. add the pc in the Unrestriced rule (from) (dont put anything else but the computer in the from tab. 4. just leave "all users" in the users tab so that the traffic isnt authenticated....
