Thanks, Tom - I'll create the file and send it to you either today or tomorrow - much appreciated. :) I'm not sure how to get it to you - can't seem to find an email address. Hi, Tom... sorry about that! I'll send it again. I used my ISP's webmail interface to send it, and I don't usually use that, so perhaps I screwed something up. This time I'm going to use my usual Outlook/POP3 interface. Look for an email from jmercer@optonline.net. Thanks again! Ok - it's on the way... no bounce so far. I also sent a plain email without attachment as a "litmus" just in case something funky is going on with the attachment. Thanks Jim

my issue was related to the listener, I cannot tell you how many times I rebuilt the rule.... but when I deleted are recreated the listener it seemed to fixe my "oddball OWA woes"... :)
