We have ISA 2004 setup with logging to a remote SQL server but some of the data in the date fields are extremely odd, the date/time on the ISA server and the SQL server are both correct, but my logs are showing year dates in 1899!!  Can anyone shed any light?  Cheers!

This is because MS decided to split up the date and time into two different fields and put each in a SQL datetime field. When you put the date portion of a date/time value in a SQL datetime field, you will see the correct date with 00:00:00 as the time, but when you put only the time portion of a date/time value in a SQL datetime field, you will see the correct time, but the date portion will be 12/30/1899 as you already know. Adding the two values together will yield the correct date/time value.
