How do you normally run reports on users for a time span of 1 or 2 weeks? When I run a basic query on a username for the past 7 days, it always goes over 10000 records. Is the only way to get around it to break down the time span more? Is there a way to output it to file instead of displaying the results (and therefore eliminating the 10000 threshold)?

Just trying to find the best way to provide user reports to HR, with the least amount of work needed on my end.

You could get ISA to log to file as opposed to MSDE and then use a 3rd party tool to parse the logs.

Alternatively, you are probs better to log to a SQL server and then use SQL reporting services or write some SQL queries to extract the info you need...
