How can I print all of ISA rules for an examener to look at?

The first immutable law of security is secrecy. You do not share the details of your firewall, especially rules.

If you must, the ISAInfo tool is your friend.

Do you mean Advanced print options?
You can coerce it to print but without control.
I wonder if MSFT deliberately left out print because the first law is immutable?
