Allowing Mail out from Exchange 2003

I have allowed the following protocols out from isa 2004:

SMTP
SMTPs
Smtp server
dns in
pop3

For some reason, I still have mail in queue that will not be delivered unless I allow all out.  What else would I need to allow out to make sure all external mail servers can accept mail from me?

we u need to tell us , have u tried checking the live monitoring in ISA , what do u see getting blocked??
