I have Windows Based Terminal running version 5.5 of IE, with a fixed IP address.  Basically what i am trying to achieve, is for this device to have access to a limited URL Set (already defined) and the terminal will not require a login but will boot straight into the web browser without any authentication.  I've setup my rule in ISA 2004 to allow only http/https from that fixed IP address to a specific URL Set for the user.  Basically it does not seem to connect to any external site.

The ISA Server is setup as using the Single Adapter Template.

I suppose what i'm really trying to achieve is to get an Internet connection without any user authentication but rather authenticate based on and IP address.  Is this possible, any more information i can give please ask.
