I have isa 2004 running with smartfilter, the problem I have is that for internet tracking all I am getting is ip address not username.

the company who sold us the software, have sort of washed there hands of it saying it is a ISA problem....

any ideas?

Go into you're ISA server for the rule that allows Web traffic, and change the Users from "All Users" to "Authenticated Users". This forces ISA to authenticate each user before they are allowed a connection. Smartfilter will then see the web traffic by the specific user instead of an "anonymous" user.
