Hello, We have been running OWA & OMA successfully for over a 8 months. We publish Exchange 2003 through ISA 2004 (SP1) both on Windows 2003. We are looking to implement Message Labs web content filtering and have setup a trial. To implement this it involves installing a proxy agent on to ISA and setting up a upstream proxy in the last default rule of the web chaining to the Message labs servers. This works fine however when we switch over to the service OMA And OWA stops working. I have read articles on direct access and spilt DNS but am not getting very far I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks
Is this on the web chaining rule? If so the to tab has all networks. The publishing rules in the fiwewall policy are from the listner to the exchange server on its local ip address.
