We have a site to site vpn with isa 2004 and we use ipmonitor software, for some reason we constantly get monitors that one vpn site has gone down and up even when it has not. This doesn't happen anywhere else on the network other that the isa server site to site vpn. Is this a timeout issue somewhere?

Do you think thats all it is? It happens constantly every day. I didn't think pings would get dropped like that between us enough to make it appear to be down.
