I am remotely accessing ISAS 2004 SP2 on Windows Server 2003 R2 using this Firewall Policy   Allow Internal Network To access LocalHost Thru Port 5900 With specified users   I use priority 1 and apply it.   When I monitor the log, I was being denied by the server. What configuration do I need to do to be able to manage ISAS remotely using VNC?

The specified users is problably hanging you up. Try All Users.

It coultd work if the Firewall Client is installed but simplify the problem for now.

The problem with RDP on WIndows 2003 is that it will create another user profile once  the user is logged on. Not unlike WIndows XP, when accessing thru remote desktop, it will lock the existing user and give access to remote user. Is there a way to handle this scenario?

Your right. I just change the condition to All users instead of specific users and it worked! I try to disable firewall client and still it works. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it.
