First off here is the setup and the ideas that I have tried.
Server has ISA 2000. Clients have the FWC client installed.
I have Windows XP SP1 workstations that work properly with IE6 then when trying to hit workapp.domain.com [not actual domain] it resolves to 150.x.x.x [as a specific address].  I have other workstations that have Windows XP SP2 with IE6 then when trying to get to the same web tool workapp.domain.com it gets the good old page cannot be displayed.  I have found out that it is because it is resolving to a 144.x.x.x address on those workstations.  Here is the kicker.  In DNS it is listed as 144.x.x.x and I have an entry on the ISA server for this specific host in the hosts file to resolve to the 150.x.x.x address.  I have then removed SP2 from the workstations that was not working and viola it works then.  I apply it back and if fails once again.  I have also tested firefox and it works no matter what.  I am in a company invironment and we have to use IE as the browser.  The tool is also setup for IE and is made by a client.

Any assistance or ideas to try are much appreciated.
