If I'm watching the live logging on the ISA box and see a external ip address for port 25 and the client ip is the outside address of our ISA and it's getting denied. Would that be a circumstance where someone from the outside was trying to relay off my exchange box?
I see tons of smtp traffic from the internal ip address of our exchange sending outbound mail, but once in a while I see smtp denied on the outside isa ip.
Just wondering why that is happening.
