I'm trying to setup a web publishing rule to access a website on a member server in my SBS2K3 domain. I've followed the specific technet instructions: Publishing Web Servers Using ISA Server 2004 but still cannot access the site and was looking for some specific help. I'm getting the Error 10061 connection refused when I try to access it.

My member server has W2K3 and has been setup as an app, file and terminal server and has been fully patched to date. I've got the default website setup and running using ports 81 and 446 and I've setup the web listener on the SBS box to use those same ports 81 and 446 to access the name of the server.

Anything anyone can help me out with or direct me I'd really appreciate it.

Did you use the existing web listener or create a new one? I've always had good luck using the existing SBS web listener.
