We have VPN setup for remote clients on ISA2000 and recently for ISA2004 but have noticed an issue where the remote clients are able to connect to our internal FTP server and download files but are not able to upload to it.  WHen they connect on the other VPN server they can do both but the ISA2004 server wont let them upload.  We have a Firewall Rule setup to allow All Traffic between vpn clients and the internal network but its still a problem.  I could be wrong but we have noticed that rules with Allow All kind of policies do not really allow ALL traffic....we've had to add rules with specific protocols to cover ones we've had a problem with.  Is this a known issue?  What could we be doing wrong?  Is there a place to edit the All Traffic default settings that could be preventing certain traffic?

Thank you.
