Sorry guys, Not sure what the SE and EE RC is?

Does this mean ISA 2006 is out now (IE I can purchase it) or is this like final Bata before release.

SE is Standard Edition, EE is Enterprise Edition, RC is Release Candidate.
You can't purchase it yet. You have to wait for RTM version. (RTM is release to manufacturing).
RC is usually the last release before RTM.
