We are in production with the RC. The question if its safe ? you should decide yourself based on the following:
- It in fact a 2004 R2 (feature upgrade) - The RC code has been fixed for RTM, so only little code changes are possible but nothing major - Do you really need it right now, are you missing features on your current config that are offered now in 2k6?

I would never recommend using non-RTM code at a customer site. However, if this is your own site, and you have a sophisticated IT group who understands the risks, then there's no problem. Its certainly more secure than any production PIX or Juniper/Netscreen box!
Anybody know if 2006 isa will run on a 2003 x64 system? Its the only thing holding me back, i had a look but i cant find any mention of it NOT working. 2004 didnt work so im hoping they remedied it in 2006
