I've noticed that when running the firewall client certain things do not work. For example, I configured a test workstation with only the firewall client running no secure nat or proxy config. If I attempt to launch a vpn session it does not go through also if I attempt to send an email through outlook that fails Now if I go back into my network connection and configure dns than my email goes out fine. If I go back in and configure myself as a secure nat client my vpn go through smoothly. I also noticed that if I ping with the firewall client only no secure nat I get destination host unreachable also I can't do nslookups on websites. I'm a little confused here because I thought all communications could be ran through the firewall client without the need of being secure nat or web proxy clients.
