This has probably been answered 100 different times already, and I apologize for asking the 101th time however my research has been fruitless.

We are closely monitoring our log files and keep seeing denied traffic, however it is showing byte counts inbound/outbound.  All the byte counds appear under 6k.  I suspect that what I am seeing is the actual request being made to the firewall and the rejection, but I am not sure.  Can someone clarify?
