Hi, I have installed ISA 2000 Server. Every thing is working fine, but the problem is that i have created downloading blocking rule between 8 to 12 pm. Now during this is if any one tries to download any thing from a local web site he is denied by ISA server. I dont know the problem exactly, i hope you understand my problem.
I have also installed Gfi Web Monitor For ISA. It also monitors local trafic, like if some one is downloading any thing from any local site it shows that also.

When you say, "if any one tries to download any thing from a local web site" do you mean an internal website that's on a server within your internal lan (the protected side of ISA, not the internet side)? If this is the case, take a look at the person's Internet properties and makes sure that the "Bypass proxy for local addresses" is checked. Go to Internet Properties (IE Properties), then the Connections tab, then the Lan Settings button. You'll see it in there.
