Hello everyone.

I installed ISA on Windows Server 2003 and for now I'm using it just for this server.
I'll post a screenshot with my setup because it's a lot to write
There is a rule which blocks ads (Block ads; rule 6) and this rule must redirect user to a page from our network.
This rule works fine until the browser is setup to use isa proxy. From this point the browser shows the page with Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed.
When the browser doesn't use isa proxy it redirects users to specified page but the signatures specified in HTTP policy from rule 13 doesn't work. In rule 13 I specified some signatures to be blocked (some words).

To make long story short:
1. browser is using proxy - HTTP filtering is working but it redirects users to a page saying that
Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed. ......
Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator
                                             (URL).(12202)
2. browser isn't using proxy - HTTP filtering isn't working but it redirects users to the specified page when they access forbidden pages

The question is how can use HTTP filtering and the possibility to redirect users to other page.

Hi Dann,

Is the redirected site an internal site? Have you configured the Internal sites for Direct Access?

Thanks!
Tom
