I have reached the end of my logical mind and need some fresh insight... have ISA2004 on Winsrv2003 at office network. Setup VPN Access prior to moving a portion of my office (3 computer and 1 laptop) to my new home. All worked fine prior to the move and I was able to connect my laptop to the office VPN from any of my customer networks. After moving part of the network to a different physical location when I try to connect from the laptop or my desktop via the VPN it will not connect. Thought it was a network issue until I tried another desktop in the new location. This works fine. I can also connect from any other computers in other locations using my logon credentials and it works fine. So, it seems that my laptop and my desktop are being denied access to my VPN at the office network.  I have not seen nor heard of a situation where ISA2004 generically setup VPN blocks certain computers...  the only other clue I have is when I try to make a connection while monitoring from both the remote router and the ISA server monitor, the remote router first logs and IKE 500 send which is also logged on the ISA server for all computers except my laptop. Its as if my laptop is not even sending out the IKE 500 from the ISA server perspective.

One other note, I have another customer network that I had setup with ISA2004 and is using VPN access the same as I am. My laptop can connect to this ISA server via their VPN setup correctly.. my thinking is that if it was my laptop that has an issue, it would have this issue with all VPN connections so I am of the opinion that the problem lies somewhere with my ISA server...

I have banged my head against this one for a week now and am hoping that you folks here can help me sort this out... thank you in advance for your time and assistance......

Ok.. figured out what was going on. It had occured to me that both computers that would not connect to the new VPN network have also installed the ZyWall Secure VPN Client. So, I removed it and was able to connect to the new VPN network. I think the reason I was able to make connections to a customer ISA VPN server was that I had configured that connection prior to installing the ZyWall Secure VPN client. Will confirm this when I try the same process on my laptop later tonight.. Now I wonder if it will continue to work if I reinstall the ZyWall Secure VPN Client..
