I have ISA 2004 Enterprise Edition with one CSS and 2 firewall servers.

We have been running just for couple of days but I have seen these errors

  •  upstream chaining credentials - "ISA Server was unable to establish an SSL connection with partners.mitre.org. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
The failure is due to error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it."

  •  SSL connection failure with published server (server certificate not valid)  "ISA Server could not establish an SSL connection with the published server partners.mitre.org because the SSL server certificate used by the published server expired or is not yet valid"
It has caused intermittent problem accessing some documents on the web server; noting big. My search looking for any clue about these errors but haven't had any success. Certificate seems to be fine and valid. So I am not sure, what is causing these errors.

If you have any idea about these errors, please let me know.
