My ISA server is blocking all remote PCs. I have a remote PC on subnet 192.168.0.xxx which seems to be trying to get the WPAD (via DHCP) settings from the ISA server and the ISA server is denying the request. Here's the data from my Logging tab:

How do I "inform" the ISA server to accept request for the WPAD settings from all internal PCs?

The remote subnet is setup as part of the "Internal" group in ISA.

Hi JD,

Make sure the remote subnet is part of the definition of the ISA firewall network defined for the NIC on the ISA Firewall that they're trying to connect to.

HTH,
Tom

Tom, where/how do I do this? I have a single NIC server running ISA.

Single NIC? Hard to say. Why not fully implement the ISA Firewall?

Tom

I know what you're saying, but we have a Cisco 5510 doing all the Firewalling for us thus, with the late addition of ISA, I'm using it as access-controller for the users.

I can't find where to define settings for the NICs of the ISA server.
