Create New External Network - 16.Nov.2006 6:50:09 PM

I created a SSL Web publishing rule.  I need to limit access to the site from specific external addresses.  However, when creating an additional network which includes those addresses and configuring the listener to use that new network, it does not work.  There appears to be some conflict between the addresses belonging to both the "new" network and the existing built-in external network.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Remove the additional 'External' network.

Create multiple 'Computer' objects, or a 'Subnet' object and use these objects instead of the 'Anywhere' object on the From tab of the Web Pub Rule.

Let ISA use the External network for the Listener that the Web Publishing Rule is using.

I think that your idea makes sense, but in ISAs world, a Network refers to source addresses and ISA addresses, so you're essentially trying to tell ISA "Listen for requests from w.x.y.z and listen on address w.x.y.z.
