I administer a small WAN composed of 7 LANs connected to a MPLS VPN network.  My internet access is connected to the VPN cloud by the company who supplys my T1's.  I do not have access to their internet gateway router or any of the routers inside of the VPN cloud.
I am trying to setup ActiveSync for a new group of mobile devices.  I have a single mailserver running Exchange 2003 sp2 and a seperate server for ISAserver 2000.

The problems I'm facing:
> This will need to be configured inside a single LAN subnet.  My service provider can only forward to addresses within my Domain.
> I do not want to expose an IIS server directly to the internet, especially on a system as critcal as a my mailserver
> I do not want to route all of the traffic to/from my mailserver through the ISAserver as this would create and additional Single-Point-of-Failure in my email system.  I only need the ActiveSync to go through the ISAserver

So I guess my first question is:  Is this even possible?  if so:  Where would I find information on setting up ISAserver with internal and external interfaces in the same subnet (I can add a second NIC, just not a second subnet)

Thanks for any assistance.
