I have a new client running SBS 2003 that has just moved to a new location. They did not have full web access at their old location since ports 25 and 80 were blocked, now they have ports 25 and 80. Microsoft had helped them so they could have a website on port 8118.

Network layout:
Cable Modem =>Linksys Router => SBS 2003 External NIC (192.168.1.5) => SBS ISA => SBS Internal NIC (10.0.0.5)

When trying to connect to the Http://IP_Address from another location I get:
Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

I changed the listening port for IIS back to port 80 but I still cannot get a web page from remote. What am I missing?

I'd remove the linksys router and put the external IP address on your outside NIC; however if you feel like you need two firewalls then you need to make sure all the ports you need to pass through the linksys are added in the port forwarding section.

Then check to see if any special access rules were added to ISA to allow the website to be seen on the old port and disable those rules.

Finally, rerun your CEICW and then see where you are.
